BPO SPECIALIST FOR REAL ESTATE COMPANY!
Job Description:
• High volume BPO’s
• Paid Per BPO
Each BPO must be completed within 24 hours of acceptance. It will then go through quality control. Quality control will give you the opportunity to revise the order 1 time. If you do not revise properly, or do not do so within 12 hours, you will not be compensated for the order. Each order yields a 15 dollar fee and a 5 dollar photo charge (Totaling 20 dollars per order completed).
Requirements:
• Responsible, enthusiastic, energetic
• Willing to train in appraisal background
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer knowledge a must
• Prefer experience in Real Estate/Foreclosure

Tax Liens:

We also list properties that are discounted well below market value because they are in need of repairs. ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT FOR REAL ESTATE COMPANY!
Accounting Assistant will be responsible for following within the related fields of Accounting Department, and administrative work. This is a entry level job.
The responsibilities of the Assistant include but are not limited to the following:
• Bookkeeping
• Maintains and updates files for payment documents, invoices, and purchase orders
• Posts payments and refunds received to appropriate account or cost center
• Tenant Rent Collection
• Vendor- tenant relationships
• Communicate with the Asset Managers; Pre-Marketing Specialists; Evictions Attorney; and other necessary individuals
• Handle the various Tenant needs including but not limited to: a. Complaints b. Rent Collection
• Communicate with the various vendors we utilize for in house properties and the REO properties
• Keeping online records of all marketing efforts, and potential buyer/tenants
• Answer phones and marketing phone calls.
• Schedule showings and appointments with ShowingDesk WE Version 2.1.2.43
• Keep all parties up to date vendors and clients
Required Qualifications:
QUICKBOOKS or PEACHTREE
Assistants must be reliable and punctual
Good communication skills, and a team player is a must!
